Sharron Angle Will Host Healthcare Forum at Las Vegas Whitney Library

Reno, NV – Four-term Nevada State Assemblywoman Sharron Angle (R-NV), who is considering a run for the U.S. Senate seat held by Harry Reid (D-NV), will host a healthcare town hall meeting this Tuesday September 1 at 5:30 PM.

Angle will have on hand copies of the 1107 page healthcare bill HR 3200 and the 53 page Veteran’s End of Life counseling handbook. She will discuss the provisions within the bill and handbook, and answer questions from the attendees. Angle will also hand out copies of her own “Healthcare Document” which will offer a “citizen nuclear option” for stopping the bill.

Sharron says; “Unlike some politicians, I’ve actually read the bill, and I can understand why Nevadans want to talk about this publically. It is not un-American to have concerns and to want those concerns addressed. What is un-American is for politicians like Harry Reid to expect Nevadans to either agree with their plan or shut-up. As for me, I appreciate the opportunity to personally talk with concerned citizens in a public forum and hear what they have to say.”
